DOT SAP Evaluations

We conduct comprehensive SAP evaluations that meet the strict guidelines set by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for regulatory bodies including FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, USCG, and PHMSA.

These evaluations are an essential step for individuals who have failed or refused a drug or alcohol test in safety-sensitive roles.

Our evaluations ensure that you meet the DOT’s regulatory requirements and are equipped to regain your certification, allowing you to return to work in your vital role within the transportation industry.

Education & Treatment Plans

We offer affordable, free to low-cost education and treatment plans that are tailored to help you meet compliance requirements.

These plans are available both virtually and locally, providing flexibility and convenience for those seeking to return to work.

Our treatment plans are designed to address any underlying issues and ensure that you are fully equipped to meet the standards required for a successful return to your safety-sensitive role.

Follow-Up Assessments

After you’ve completed your required education and treatment plan, we offer follow-up assessments to ensure that you have successfully met all DOT compliance requirements.

These assessments are crucial for evaluating your progress and determining if you are eligible to return to work in your safety-sensitive role.

We take the time to carefully review your treatment progress and assess whether you have adhered to the prescribed steps for re-certification. This process helps ensure your readiness and safety before re-entering the workforce.

Return-to-Duty Letter

Once you’ve successfully passed the follow-up assessment, we provide a formal Return-to-Duty letter.

This letter serves as official documentation confirming your eligibility to return to your job, and it verifies that you have met all DOT regulations and requirements.

The Return-to-Duty letter is a vital step for individuals in safety-sensitive positions, such as CDL holders, to demonstrate compliance with regulatory guidelines and clear them for work. It ensures that your path to returning to work is smooth and hassle-free.

Clearinghouse Updates

For individuals holding a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), it is mandatory to update your status in the DOT Clearinghouse.

We will assist in registering your information in the Clearinghouse and ensuring that your status is accurately updated, a critical step in the return-to-duty process.

By selecting our name, Lytara Garcia, in the Clearinghouse, you will ensure proper documentation and compliance, facilitating your smooth return to work in a safety-sensitive role.
